PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “Regulation”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendment and supplementation of certain acts, and with the aim to protect the rights of data subjects and to prevent possible misuse or leakage of personal data, the rights of data subjects arising from the GDPR may be enforced against the controller:

WHERE DO WE GET YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?

Majority of personal data comes directly from you, as you provide such information in your contract or order;

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

We do not perform automated individual decision-making without a human intervention and your personal data are not processed by profiling.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATION AND THE ACT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA?

It is important for us to make sure you understand that the personal data, which we process, are your data. And there are rights that apply to such processing of personal data. Besides the right to withdraw your consent with the processing of personal data, you also have other rights in accordance with the Regulation and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data that apply to the processing of your personal data:

  • right of access to personal data of the data subject;
  • right to rectification of personal data of the data subject;
  • right to erasure of personal data of the data subject;
  • right to restriction of processing of personal data of the data subject;
  • right to object to processing of personal data of the data subject, especially to object to processing based on legitimate grounds specified in these Information; in such case we will not process your personal data unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for such processing;
  • right to portability of personal data of the data subject;
  • right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic;
  • rights related to automated decision-making;
  • right to withdraw the consent;
  • right to initiate proceedings on personal data protection.
